If you can get it running natively with full hardware support, your computer is as good as a real Mac - that's the biggest plus. You should be comfortable with partitioning your hard drive, tweaking BIOS settings, and generally just knowing how to fix things when shit hits the fan. Running it natively is more difficult, however, as it requires some advanced computer knowledge. You won't be able to get this when you virtualize it no matter what your computer's hardware is. Some advantages of running it natively is potentially getting hardware accelerated video (good for watching HD videos, photoshop, making everything on the screen smooth).

You also have the option of installing OS X natively - again, this is only possible because OS X is build for the x86_64 architecture - the same as your PC. Step 1: Create a macOS Virtual Machine The easiest way to run Mac or other Apple apps on your Windows 10 machine is with a virtual machine. No need to download a prebuilt (illegal) virtual machine. There are tutorials on that explain how to install OS X from a retail DVD or disk image into VirtualBox and VMWare. Because each instruction doesn't need to be converted to another architecture with virtualization, it's much quicker.
In your case, both OS X (guest OS) and Windows (host OS) are built for x86_64 - basically, Intel. Virtualization, unlike emulation, requires that the host operating system and the guest operating system be made for the same architecture. A lot of people here are either wrong or half right.
